4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
8 oz Hahn’s Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbs fresh dill minced
1/2 cup sour cream
juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until combined and smooth.
- For a smoother texture, combine all ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth.
- Serve with crackers and crudite.
