 Serves 6-8

  • 1 loaf small cocktail pumpernickel bread

  • 1# smoked salmon

  • 1 8 oz. container of Green Mountain Farms Garlic & Herb Spreadable Cheese

  • Dill for garnish

Spread 1 teaspoon of Green Mountain Farms Garlic & Herb Spread on each slice of bread and top with smoked salmon and garnish with dill sprigs.
