Wishing Everyone a Delicious Cream Cheese Season!

November 1st, 2014 (franklin)

The holidays are fast approaching and that only means one thing, “cream cheese season” is in full-swing. You might be asking yourself, “What in the world is cream cheese season?” Cream cheese season runs from October through January and is when professional chefs, bakers and large-scale manufacturers plan and ramp up production of desserts and savory dishes made with cream cheese. The home chef also gets in on the action, and kicks-off their own cream cheese season with the Thanksgiving holiday. Franklin Foods wishes all of our foodservice and at-home customers a very delicious cream cheese season.
